Please note these are the estimates for when the items are due to arrive to us and begin shipping.  Larger preorders can take time and move into the next week.  If there are ever substantial delays, we will keep affected customers posted.  Please ensure your customers are aware these are preorders and while we do our best to get them out on time, unforeseen delays can occur.

Also, please be aware that all preorder items are made to order just for you and can not be canceled and/or refunded once an order is placed.
